The CXR FOCD-I-TGX-SFP is a hardened Gigabit Ethernet media converter designed for industrial and enterprise environments where reliable fiber connectivity is essential. It converts copper 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 connections to fiber using an open SFP slot, giving maximum flexibility for multimode, single-mode, or CWDM transceivers depending on distance and network requirements.

With an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and a compact DIN-rail or wall-mountable design, the FOCD-I-TGX-SFP is built for critical environments such as industrial networks, utilities, and metro Ethernet deployments.

The unit supports advanced networking functions including jumbo frames up to 9K, flow control, Link Alarm for real-time link monitoring, and store-and-forward switching for consistent packet delivery. Dual 12–48V DC terminal block inputs and a DC jack provide flexible power options, while optional AC/DC adaptors enable deployment across a wide variety of scenarios.
