The FOC-TGTX-USFP is a universal Ethernet media converter designed to bridge copper and fiber networks with ease. Compatible with 10/100/1000BaseT copper and 100FX or 1000SX/LX fiber via modular SFPs (sold separately), it automatically detects and adjusts the link speed of connected devices, ensuring optimal performance without manual configuration. This converter supports both single conversion and dual-port switch modes, allowing flexible network deployment, while Jumbo Frame support up to 9KB ensures smooth handling of high-bandwidth traffic like IP-TV. The built-in Link Alarm function provides real-time alerts for link failures, helping maintain network integrity and inform connected devices of connectivity issues. Compact and energy-efficient, the FOC-TGTX-USFP can be used standalone or mounted in RACK-MEDIA16 chassis for larger installations, making it ideal for extending Ethernet over long distances, interconnecting equipment from any vendor, or creating reliable high-speed fiber links.
